Rooms
100% of the room fees are required as a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is refundable at check-in if the group is paying separately.
Cancellation/Reduction Policy for Rooms
We require all cancellations to be made a minimum of 30 days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations or reductions made within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
Golf Reservations
No deposit is taken at the time of booking but credit is required to hold the reservation and will be charged if not canceled or updated within the below restrictions.
Cancellation/Reduction Policy for Group Golf
For group reservations, a contract and deposit payment are required. Due dates are detailed in the group contract. Contact your group coordinator for questions or concerns. Click here to secure a group golf reservation.
We reserve the right to charge the card for the fees agreed upon if cancellation falls within the above window. Hotel Tax and Sales Tax are not included in the above rates. *April and October are discounted due to the Course waking up from winter and course maintenance in October.
