Winter Wine Festival – VENDOR Registration

This agreement confirms participation as a winery vendor at the First Annual Gamble Sands Winter Wine Festival at Gamble Sands Resort. There is no vendor fee to participate. Gamble Sands will provide co-event marketing, indoor vendor space, table setup, ice, water, and point-of-sale support for guest token redemption. Guests will purchase admission to the festival directly through Gamble Sands. Each ticket includes six (6) tasting tokens. Guests may purchase additional tokens in increments of six (6) for $25. Tokens will be redeemed with winery vendors in exchange for individual samples. Gamble Sands will purchase wine from each participating winery at a nominal rate of $1 per tasting pour (per bottle opened/used for samples). This ensures compliance with Washington State liquor laws regarding sample distribution. Compensation will be reconciled and paid within 14 days following the event. The winery agrees to: Provide wine product for guest tastings Supply all tasting materials (glassware, napkins, etc.) unless otherwise arranged Provide adequate staff to pour and represent their brand Maintain compliance with all Washington State liquor laws and regulations Wineries may also sell sealed bottles on-site. Any direct bottle sales are the sole responsibility of the winery and must comply with Washington State sales tax and licensing requirements. All transactions for bottle sales will be handled directly by the winery with the guest.
