Gamble Sands offers two distinct approaches to dining, from a traditional seated option in the unique setting provided by the Danny Boy Restaurant (which seats guests from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.) to the more casual approach of The Barn (which is open all day, 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

Danny Boy offers a dinner-only menu centered on classic, high-quality grill fare. Signature items include the Tower of Tots, Danny Boy Burger, Ribeye, Prime Rib and Fish and Chips — favorites that are consistently available and well-loved by guests. The beverage program includes ice-cold beer, creative signature cocktails and a well-curated wine list selected by our on-site sommelier. Danny Boy focuses on bold flavors and reliable staples, with many ingredients sourced from our own Gebbers Farms, making it the ideal spot for a satisfying evening meal.

The Barn is open all day with a focus on satisfying options throughout the day. Now featuring a Breakfast Buffet until 9:30 a.m., The Barn also offers traditional grab-and-go golf staples such as breakfast sandwiches, burritos and a variety of packaged items to start your morning.
Lunch features a variety of pizzas, mix-and-match sliders, hearty sandwiches and daily special entrées.
New for 2025, The Barn’s rotating Dinner Buffet is a big hit as an alternative to Danny Boy. Featuring a different theme each night (everything from Prime Rib Night to Pasta and more), the Dinner Buffet is served until 10 p.m. in the more casual setting with big-screen TVs on the walls to catch a game or reminisce about your day on Gamble Sands, Scarecrow and Quicksands.
And Gamble Sands’ wide selection of ice-cold beer, signature cocktails and a curated wine list are also available at The Barn, which has more than doubled the Resort’s bar space. And don’t forget to take advantage of our new canning machine that lets you take custom cocktails of all kinds out to the golf course in your cooler.
