Winter

Gamble Sands Winter Image 750x264

When the snow is falling and the air is full of winter’s promise, you can enjoy downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tubing, fat-tire biking, hunting, snowmobiling or just making snow angels with the little ones. There are a number of facilities nearby to accommodate your desire for all kinds of outdoor pursuits.

For those who’d like to remain just a bit closer to the Inn at Gamble Sands, we’ve carved out a 1.67 mile looping trail on the property that you can use for classic cross-country skiing. On-site snowshoeing is also available next to, but not on, the cross-country trail. Stay fit and healthy by getting outdoors during your stay with us at the Inn at Gamble Sands.

Trail Hours of Operation: Wednesday – Sunday from 10:00am – 6:00pm.
